The Solar Institute is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community organization based in Tucson, Arizona. Most of our work is done through direct contact, in seminars, workshops, tours, meetings and telephone calls, so that we can best serve individual needs. Almost all of this work is accomplished on a voluntary basis, people helping people. We invite you to join in and become part of this community of sharing.

As much as we would like to be able to respond to everyone, our resources are limited and, for now, we must limit such responses mostly to participants and members, as well as residents of Tucson, Pima County and the rest of Arizona. However, please don't let that stop you. We try to serve the broader community as best as we can.

So when you write please be sure to include your name, address and telephone number, and be patient about the time it may take for us to respond. The more information you provide, the more likely we will be able to help.
